Terri
Terri has over 21 years of professional dog grooming experience, beginning her career in 2005 and opening her own business in 2007. Her love for animals started early. She has worked in the animal care industry since age 20, including time at a veterinary hospital, a kennel, and pet retail before pursuing her passion through the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming.
She began as a mobile groomer before opening her first storefront in 2009 at the corner of Route 31 and Elmgrove Road. As her business grew, she expanded in 2014 and continues to provide a welcoming, professional space focused on quality grooming and compassionate pet care.
Terri loves working with dogs because of their forgiving nature, loyalty, and joyful personalities. Their happiness and trust are what inspire her every day, and she strives to make every grooming visit a positive, comfortable experience for both pets and their owners.
Owner & Groomer
GroomerMisty
Misty has been grooming professionally since 2016 and brings nearly a decade of experience to our team. She trained at the PetSmart Grooming Academy and later worked as a groomer at Green Valley Canine, gaining valuable hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. She also ran her own home-based grooming business, Sudzancuts, for several years before joining our salon at the beginning of 2025.
Her interest in grooming began at a young age. Inspired by Edward Scissorhands, she loved the creativity involved in transforming appearance and discovered that same artistic passion through dog grooming.
Misty loves dogs for their loyalty, intelligence, and joyful personalities. She admires their dedication to their families and the unique personality each dog brings, and she takes pride in helping every pet feel comfortable, cared for, and looking their best.
Groomer (double coated breeds only)Colbie
Colbie began her journey with our team in March 2024, starting in daycare before moving into the grooming spa as a bather. Through hands-on experience and dedication, she trained to become a BBT groomer and continues to grow her skills in the grooming field.
Her love for animals started early. She helped at her aunt’s grooming salon in Texas as a child and has spent much of her life working with dogs. She previously worked at a dog daycare that she eventually purchased and ran herself before deciding to pursue new opportunities in the pet care industry. She also operates a private pet-sitting business and stays actively involved in animal care.
Colbie is available for trimming on double-coated breeds that don’t require full body haircuts, such as Golden Retrievers, Australian Shepherds, Shelties, and similar breeds. She focuses on maintaining healthy coats while keeping dogs comfortable and looking their best.
Colbie has always had a deep compassion for animals and often says she would rescue every stray she sees if she could. She loves their unique personalities and the unconditional love they give. At home, she has three dogs of her own, Charlie, Caesar, and Maple, who keep her passion for dogs strong every day.
Dani
GroomerDani began her grooming career in 2021 while studying at the PetSmart Grooming Academy. She originally applied for a cashier position but was offered a role as a bather instead. After about six months working closely with dogs and learning the grooming process, she was invited to train as a groomer. An opportunity that quickly turned into a passion and a rewarding career.
She joined our salon in 2023 and has been a valued part of the team ever since. Dani is known for her calm, patient approach and works especially well with dogs of all temperaments, including those who may be nervous or anxious during grooming. She loves the unconditional affection dogs give and takes pride in helping each pet feel safe, comfortable, and looking their best.

GroomerRylee
Rylee has been grooming since 2024 and completed her training through the Paragon School of Grooming program at Pet Supplies Plus. She joined our team in November 2025 and brings a calm, attentive approach to every dog she works with.
She is especially in sync with dogs’ energy, which helps her connect with them and create a relaxed, positive grooming experience. Rylee does particularly well with nervous dogs and finds the work deeply rewarding, especially when she helps pets feel safe, comfortable, and confident. She loves getting to know each dog’s unique personality, knowing no two are ever the same.

Pet Spa MascotJosephine (aka Jojo)
Josephine, lovingly known as Jojo or Josie Grosie, was born October 10, 2015, and has become the heart of the spa. Her mom was a longtime client, and in March 2024 Terri began fostering Jojo due to her owner’s illness. After her owner Peggy sadly passed in 2024, Terri officially adopted Jojo on September 27, 2024.
Today, Jojo proudly serves as the spa mascot and unofficial supervisor, making sure everything stays in tip-top shape. She’s adored by staff, clients, and pups alike, bringing comfort, charm, and personality to the salon every day.
