Spa Policies
Deposits & Booking
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required for all new clients.
We reserve the right to require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments if there is a history of cancellations or missed appointments.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
A $25 cancellation/no-show fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
Vaccination Requirements
All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations.
Proof of vaccination is required at your first appointment.
Pick-Up Policy / Daycare Fee
Clients will be contacted as soon as their pet is finished.
A $25 daycare/spa fee may apply after a grace period if pets are not picked up promptly.
Groom Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with your pet’s groom, please contact us within 72 hours so we can offer touch-ups if appropriate.
Coat Condition & Matting
Additional fees may apply for matted coats due to the extra time and care required.
Severely matted pets may need shorter grooming for their comfort and safety.
We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive or unsafe pets.
We will always attempt to groom safely but may stop a groom if it becomes stressful or unsafe for the pet or groomer.
Behavior & Safety
For coat health reasons, we do not shave double-coated breeds (such as Huskies and similar coats).

Reminder calls or messages are a courtesy.
It is ultimately the client’s responsibility to remember scheduled appointments.
Appointment Reminders
An additional fee ($5) may apply for un-neutered male dogs due to marking behaviors, extra handling time, and the need to keep them separated from other dogs while in our care. We reserve the right to apply this charge at check-in.
